The cadeting ministry is for boys in 3rd through 8th Grades. This ministry encourages learning skills of and participating in the activities of the outdoors man.  Experiencing the presence of the Lord in His gracious creation builds a boy’s character, and being a faithful steward of His world is an important lesson to be learned.

Boys and their counselors work side by side on following:

• Bible lessons
• Christian service projects
   

• outdoor activities like camping, cycling, hiking, and canoeing
• work on merit badge projects
   -- selecting from a wide range of interests and skills.

Our club is made up of several small groups of five to six boys called cadres. Each cadre will be lead by a counselor.  Cadets meet 2nd and 4th Wednesday nights of the month during the school year at Sioux Falls Christian Elementary School at 6:45 p.m.
